For the fuel oil , it can be used for industry heating as furnace oil . For the carbon black , it can be make into briquette or sell to cement factory directly . For the steel wire, it can be sell to iron or steel factory . Syngas, it will be recycled to tire to oil recycling plant furnace as fuel instead of the fuel you will invest , if the syngas can not use up, you can use the gas storage device to store it for next time heating.
