Working Principle

Waste Tyre/Plastic Oil Pyrolysis Machine through high temperature pyrolyze waste tyres/plastic into oil gases,

and then cooling down oil gases get crude oil. During process, will produce some flammabe gas (Methane, Ethane, Propane, Butane, Hydrogen) which could not be cooling down under normal pressure and normal temperature, will be recycled into fire furnace for heating.

Whole process will no pollution.

Waste Tyre/Rubber To Oil Machine Details

45% crude oil, could used as industrial fuel for heating, or sell it into oil refining factory.

30% carbon black, could sell it into coal briquette factory directly, or make further

process into carbon black briquette for burning.

15% steel wire, could sell it into iron and steel factory directly

10% gas, have special device recycling it into fire furnace for heating.

Waste Plastic Recycling Machine To Crude Oil Details

Raw material: Waste Plastics, like PP,PE, PS, ABS...

Products: Crude oil, Carbon black

Plastic is divided into different kinds, oil rate is different also. Besides, processing time is different according to dry and wet plastics. If wet plastics, will need long time, cause at beginning, reactor just play as a dryer, change the water into steam, then pyrolysis plastics. If dry plastics, processing time will shorter.

Here need to point out, PVC and PET Cannot use as raw material, because no oil contain.
