APPLY SCOPE 1. Packaging : aluminum foil ,tin can ,cooking pouch made in PP /PE/HDPE/LDPE, layers of Nylon,cooking bag, retort pouches ,glass bottle ,Vacuum bag  2. Meat : hamburger , roast meat ,simmered egg ,biltong  3. Sauce: chilli sauce,ketch up,fruit sauce,soup ,pickles, hotpot condiment   4. Seafood: ribbonfish ,sardine ,shrimp sauce ,salmon fishery  5. Beverage :milk ,peanuts milk,almond juice,coconut milk    BASIC PRINCIPLE direct heating atomized sterilizing water with steam 1. Atomized sterilizing water can enlarge the heat-exchanger area in order to reach the efficient heat-exchange.       2. Steam and water will directly exchange the heat in the autoclave. Steam heat can be 100% used, saved heat energy  and gained the maximum energy utilization.       3. In order to setting temperature, a small amount of circulating water will be quickly circulated within the well-distributed water temperature.   4. Sterilizing water is sprayed in all angles which create high temperature airflow inside the autoclave; this can ensure  the well-proportioned temperature inside.         MACHINE FEATURES  1.No exhausting, save steam consuming and work without noisy. Save steam 18%(comparing with hot water immersion autoclave and steam autoclave)    2.No exchanger, direct heating and direct cooling. Speed up the heating and cooling process. Save the costs for  maintenance of heat exchanger.      3. Create a quiet and comfortable operating environment.       4. Sterilizing process is controlled by PLC fully automatic system ,temperature,pressure and time  adjustable according to  requirements of the different food recipes .     5.Detecting sensors probe are equipped with the autoclave, operators can monitor all values via view pannel .PLC control  center monitor and control heat distribution inside automatically, commands to electrical given to electrical appliances to  ensure products processing efficiency stable and balance under tec. recipes    MOLD SPECS PROFILE
