The function of the universal cooking pot: All kinds of foods especially the sea food: steam, bake, stew.   The feature of the cooking pot: 1. Bake: use re-heated high temperature steam (300-400 degree) to bake the food 2. Steam: Use steam spray to cook food 3. Stew: Spray soap to food surface to acquire the taste 4. Vacuum cooking: Take our the air from the pot to cooking down 5. Input nitrogen: Avoid oxidation dark color on food surface in high temperature condition The overview of the cooking pot Cooking pot is an advanced universal pot modified from a full-auto showering pot. The pot adopts space heat source which means to spray hot water steam, sauce or soap to the food surface to steam, stew, fry or bake, etc. At the same time increase or decrease pressure to heat and cool more effectively and reduce the process time. Food processed by this device has bright color and taste very special. It is especially suitable for high-end seafood process, such as prawn, babysquid, scallop, abalone, ect.
