Electric Heating Rubber Roller Vulcanizing Autoclave

BRIEF Rubber autoclave is important vulcanizing equipment in rubber process. Textile industry: printing and dyeing 3. Wood treatment for impregnation 4. Mushroom sterilization     TECHNOLOGY DETAILS 1. Sealing method of door: adopt inflatable seals. 2. Heating fast & constant temperature, air is circulated by fan. 3. Wind board avoids products touch heat exchanger directly. 4. Indirect heated version with cyclone fan for even temperatures. 5. Multiple safety interlocks ensure safety during process. 6. Rock wool filled in insulation layer to keep heat saving. 7. High temperature accuracy, pressure controlled automatically.   PRODUCTION DETAILS SHOW 1. AUTOCLAVE INSIDE Electric heating tube: adopt indirect heating type with medium is air. Rubber products can’t directly touch with heating tube through wind board. Motor fan is equipped at the end of autoclave to ensure products heated evenly.   2. OTHER SECTIONS   2.1. Handle Wheel: Manual method, firstly need to rotate handle when close door, then adopt multiple safety interlocks to ensure safety during vulcanizing process. 2.2. Arm: Used to connect front door with cylinder body of vulcanization equipment. It makes door keep stable. 2.3. Pressure Gauge: Measure and indicate the pressure inside autoclave, testing ability is more sensitive. Please add pressure slowly up to setting value in vulcanizing, otherwise it damages gauge easily if overload pressure. 2.4. Control Box: Buttons control method, adopt advanced Schneider relay and electric appliance fittings of famous brand in China. We can also supply touch screen view panel of Siemens if customers choose full-automatic machinery. 2.5. Fan: Motor drives the fan rotating circularly to keep temperature uniform inside autoclave.
