Product Description
Product Description 1.The electric heating vulcanization tank is automatically controlled by temperature, pressure and time. It is 30% more energy efficient than ordinary vulcanization tanks.
2. The special stainless steel electric heating tube is built with a new type of thermal conductive insulating oxidized rice material, which has fast heating and long service life. The electric heating tube is controlled by three groups of switches separately. After reaching the set temperature, only one set of vulcanization and heat preservation is retained. This design effectively saves energy consumption and reduces the cost of vulcanization. The external line terminal of the electric heating tube is externally arranged to avoid heat and ignition of the built-in wiring point, which is safe and reliable.
3. The high-temperature and high-pressure integrated fan circulates back and forth in the tank to spread the heat evenly from front to back. The high temperature air circulates back and forth in the tank body through a special air duct plate. Ensure that the temperature inside the tank is uniform and there is no dead angle. The product quality in the tank is solved due to uneven temperature and pressure.
4.The tank has a fast heating temperature, a uniform temperature and a constant pressure. .All the process is completed accurately by PLC control device.The vulcanization temperature and pressure can be pre-set and adjusted in the PLC system,including the heating process,the heat preservation and vulcanizaiton process,all these can be done just by the PLC touch screen,saving labor costs and ensuring the product quality,and an audible and visual alarm sound is emitted after the vulcanization is completed.

Curing Pressure: 0.5-0.8MPa
Automatic Pressure: 0.7-0.8MPa
Envelope Pressure: 0.4MPa
Envelope Working Time: when time reach to 100%, pressure to 0.48 MPa, autoclave start automatically.
Insulation 1.Reinforcing ferrule is sleeved on the tank to support the insulating cotton and the heating insulating board,and for the insulating cotton and heating insulating board are fixed with rivets.
2. Covering rock wool on the surface of the tank.
3. Use string rope to evenly fix rock wool in a circle
4.Fix the insulation board on the rock wool ,the insulation is done.

Application 1.It is mainly used in vulcanization of rubber products, rubber hose, rubber roller, SBR thermoplastic, etc.
2.Used in tire, rubber sleeve cable, rubber shoes, rubber hose, rubber roller, rubber belt, belt, conveyor belt, rubber ball, rubber lining, rubber cloth, rubber head, gloves, red flag, etc.
3.For SBR thermoplastic; bamboo carbonization degreasing, wood fire, moth, anti-corrosion, anti-deformation dipping treatment.
Main Features 1.The advantages of direct steam vulcanization are high thermal efficiency, the temperature easy to control, uniform temperature distribution and high production efficiency.
2.The only drawback of direct steam vulcanization tanks is that they are susceptible to staining of the product and are not suitable for vulcanization of light-colored rubber products.
