the usage of tire oil:
it can be used in many different places like steel factory, boiler factory,etc.
it can be furnace oil and fue oil at home or in very big factories.
the main part is the reactor which is taking very important role in the whole processing
we use automatical welding to weld the boiler steel plate welding 4 times and we use X-Ray to test welding . there is no pressure and no gas leaking .
it can assure the safety of the machine and the lifetime of the reactor.
we have three steps cooling methods.
this is the first step which is cooling pipes. it is two layers .inside it is oil gas passing by, outside it is recycling water which can cool down the oil gas in normal temparature and pressure.
these are two horizontal condensers which has 57 small pipes.the diameter of each pipe is D1500mm, the length is 3000mm. one horizontal condenser equals to three vertical condensers. horizontal condensers have big cooling effectaction . so you can get more oil .
this is the third cooling method. you see the two long pipes which are cooling pipes. the oil gas is through these pipes, oil gas also can be cooled down. the exaust gas will be little. you can get more oil .
