Technical Performanc 1. Volume: 50L, 100L, 200L, 300L, 400L, 500L, 600L, 800L, 1000L.
2, The structure: sub-inclinable, vertical structure, according to process needs with stirring and without stirring.
3, Pot body material: 1 inner pot body stainless steel (SUS304), jacket, bracket carbon steel (Q235-B) coated anti-rust paint; 2 inside and outside the stainless steel.
4. With stirring device: The center of the pot is stirred at the top, and the output shaft of the reducer and the stirring shaft are connected by a looper to facilitate disassembly and cleaning. Stirring speed: 36r/min (according to customer requirements to select a certain speed); stirring paddle form: ordinary stirring (anchor) and scraping bottom stirring.
5, Foot form: 1 vertical pot body: triangular pyramid type, round tube type; 2 tilting pot body: trough bracket type.
6, Equipment configuration: Dial pointer thermometer, steam inlet, discharge port (vertical structure).
7. Inclined jacketed kettle body can be tilted up to 90°, and the tilting mode is manual.
Note: Jacket working pressure, motor power, heating power, stirring slurry structure can be customized according to customer's special requirements.

Pot body
It is a double-layer structure consisting of inner and outer spherical pots. The middle sandwich is heated by steam.
