Auto-feeder

 

The auto-feeder can push large plastic and whole tires into the reactor by using hydraulic pressure as power which has 60 tons push power, the process is very stable and convenient.

This is our patent product.With high automatically. It is manual operation when feed raw material and clean steel wire in the second generation. Moreover , workers can feed raw materials after pyrolysis one batch when temperature is below 40 degrees.Our machine use hydraulic auto-feeder, there is no need for worker to feed raw materials, it is automatically and continuously. when clean the steel wire, we use the steel wire hook machine, it is just need to put the hook into the reactor, start the motor, then the steel wire can be pulled out, there is no need for workers to take it.

 

Catalyst Chamber

Here we use double room catalyst chamber, in each chamber, there is full of molecular sieve. When the oil gas through here, the molecular sieve can remove the dirty of the oil gas. So it can improve the quality of the oil. Also, you can see the oil from the oil outlet pipe to the catalyst chamber , the oil outlet pipe is very small, but the oil gas is in a high speed, so for the catalyst chamber it can slow down the speed of the oil gas.
