Automatic Popcorn Cooking Pot with Mixer Jacketed Kettle Product Description Structure: It is consist of pot body, agitator, heating jacket, holder and seal device. The material of the body, agitator, seal and electric heating device is all made of stainless steel USU 304. The seal device is in the top of the lid welded on the bracket and installed with speed reducer and motor. The agitator is driven by drive shaft. The heating jacket is provided with an inlet, oil extraction, emptying valve, electric rods etc. over the hole. Heating Mode: Conduction oil imported to the interlayer is heated through electrical heating tube as a medium. There are three groups of heating control switches supplied with 380V power adjusted from 0 to 300 degrees arbitrary.As long as the temperature reaches the desired value, it cools down very slowly and takes fifteen to twenty minutes to heat as usual. 
2. APPLICABLE SCOPE Applicable Scope: The effect is very good whether it is used for boiling sugar and frying hot pot bottom material or frying paste filling. As frying equipment, it can be used to fry peanut, crab bean and seeds. 3. EVALUATION Advantages: a. The equipment can achieve heating without pressure. And the temperature can reach over 260 degrees. b. It is easy to find the heating source as long as there is electricity. Disadvantages: Slow heating speed, high power consumption 4.FEATURES 1. Other accessories: pressure gage, safety valve, pointer thermometer, steam inlet, outlet etc 11. Tilting-type pot body can turn to at most 90 degrees with manual flip. Note: the working pressure of the jacket, the power of the motor, the power of the heating, the structure of the propeller can be customized according to the special requirements of customers. 5.TECHNICAL PARAMETERS The capacity of cooking pot is from 300L to 1000L. Its material is SS304.The heating type is electric (380V, 50HZ)with jacketed wall. Internal shell thickness is 4 mm. Outside jacket thickness is 3 mm.
