1) working process:

1. Feed the raw material with auto feeder.

2. Seal the door of the reactor

3. Heat the reactor with coal, wood, oil natural gas

4. Two hours later, the oil gas comes out,

5. The oil gas goes through the catalyst chamber, the condenser pipe, the oil-water separator, and the high power condensers to be condensed.

6. The rest gas can not be condensed; it goes through the anti-fire back device travels the   pipe to the furnace to burn.

7. 14-16 hours later, the oil come out completely.

8. Discharge the carbon black. no need to wait to cool the carbon black

9. Get the steel wire out of the reactor,

10. Start the second batch.

 

2)Main features :

 Safety:

      1. Professional sealing technology for cover, oil outlet and connection.

      2. Heavy oil is separated which can avoid the jam in later condensing.

      3. Vacuum system can prevent exhaust gas from back to the reactor and causing accident. It can make the system work under negative pressure.

      4. Alarm, safety valves, temperature meters, pressure gauge .

    5. Security device to make sure burning the exhaust gas smoothly.

 Environment friendly:

     1.Dust-removing system with high pressure water nozzle  with chemical and damper inside can absorb the black smoke . 

      2. The exhaust gas is recycled directly as heating material, no gas pollution

    3. All junction of the reactor is in good sealing situation with professional sealing material.

 Energy saving:

      1. Well sealing for heating system, no gas leak and saving fuel

      2. The exhaust gas will be recycled for heating the reactor.      

      3,the auto-feeder can feed the raw material no matter how hot the reactor is.

      4.no need to cut the tyre if you use the auto-feeder, you can save the power and you can load more.
