Took pohots together in Bangladesh pyrolysis factory

We took photo together 2 of our Bangladesh pyrolysis factories, this factory started working in 2015, also recycle tyre to fuel oil and diesel.

Until now, these two machines are running well and there is no complaint from Bangladesh buyers. 

Loading in our factory in November 2016

We loaded his machine in November 2016, firstly load on big truck, then transport to Qingdao port, unload it and then load into 40'FR and 40'HQ containers.

It took 1X40FR and 3X40HQ.

Reactor was put on 40FR, then coverd with water-proof tarpaulin, for protection.
Other parts were put into 40HQ. 

During installation

We send engineer Mr.Guo guided Sri Lanka buyer to install and operate.
During installation, for lifting reactor, buyer should prepare 1 set 50 ton size crane or 2 sets 25 ton size crane to lift reactor.
The total installation took 2 months.

Other machines Sri Lanka buyer bought

This buyer also bought tire steel wire drawing machine, tire hydraulic cutting machine, carbon black briquette making machine, these machines are for cutting tire and making briquette, this is for buring, like coal.

The machine is working very well, from above picture, you can see clearly from chimney only water steam emit to air and factory is also very clean.

Our machine feed tire with auto feeder, so workers no need go inside reactor to feed. And discharge carbon black under sealing condition, won't pollute land.
